Andrew Bullion is a partner at Hausfeld in London. He has particular expertise in European competition litigation and the Scandinavian market and brings to Hausfeld two decades of experience representing both claimants and defendants in all aspects, from client retention and counselling through trial and post-trial work.

Chambers Global 2015 has ranked Andrew as a foreign expert in the field of competition law - private enforcement, identifying him as one of the best lawyers in the international legal market. Andrew is also a member of the antitrust sections of the IBA, ABA and Association Internationale des Jeunes Avocats, and is a regular speaker on competition and cartel topics.

Additionally, Andrew provides antitrust consulting to several multinational companies and associations, co-drafted the internal litigation policy of one of the world’s largest retailers, and co-authored commentary to the US Department of Justice Legal Policy Section and the US Federal Trade Commission on private enforcement following Section 2 Sherman Act infringements.

Andrew currently represents some of the largest European corporations in large-scale international competition litigation in matters including before the High Court in London, the Competition Appeals Tribunal, the Court of Justice of Rotterdam and the United States federal courts. Andrew also presently manages mediation proceedings and litigation in the District Courts in Germany and Poland.
